Insurance Plans

Suburban Pediatric Associates accepts most insurance plans. We will ask you to fill out a form each year updating the information about your insurance, and in general we will be able to bill the company for you. You are responsible for all office co-payments, and these co-payments must be made at the time of the visit. We do not bill for co-pays and there is a charge if the co-pay is not made at the time of the visit. We accept checks, cash or credit cards for your payment convenience. If you have a large deductible or a health savings account that requires you to “pay up front” we ask that you do so, and we can work out a payment arrangement if necessary.
